What Next After NYSC Camp?

Before leaving camp, make sure you collect your official PPA posting letter from your platoon officer. The letter contains important details about your assigned PPA, including its location, contact information, and reporting date.

Once your PPA letter has been signed as accepted, you should go and submit the acceptance or rejection slip/letter from your PPA to your Local Government Inspector (LGI) office.
Once you have completed the above mentioned steps, you will be given a two-week leave. This serves as an opportunity for you to travel back home to visit and spend time with your family. However, before you travel, you should try to secure an accommodation if you are not given an accommodation at your PPA.
Depending on your PPA location, you might be stepping into a completely new environment. Be open-minded and embrace the experience. Explore local markets, learn about the culture, and connect with people from different backgrounds.
