The NYSC relocation letter is very important because you will need it to report to your new state coordinator and register at your new local government area. Without the relocation letter, you will not be recognized as a legitimate corps member in your new state.
In this blog post, I will show you how to pay for your NYSC relocation letter online using the NYSC portal. The process is very simple and straightforward, and you can do it from the comfort of your home or anywhere with internet access.
How to Pay for NYSC Relocation Letter Online
Here are the steps to follow:
- Visit the NYSC portal via https://portal.nysc.org.ng
- Log in with your email address and password that you used during your online registration.
- Scroll down and click on “Relocation” on the left sidebar of your dashboard.
- You will see your relocation status and the option to make payment. The payment amount is N1,000 (one thousand naira) only.
- Click on “Click here to make payment” and you will be redirected to the Remita platform.
- Select your preferred payment method (card, bank, wallet or agent) and follow the instructions to complete the payment.
- After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation message and a receipt number.
- Go back to the NYSC portal and click on “Print Relocation Letter“.
- You will see your relocation letter in PDF format. Download it and print it out.
- Make at least two copies of the relocation letter and keep them safe.
You have successfully paid for and printed your NYSC relocation letter. You can now proceed to your new state of deployment and resume your service year.
